Cross Country

Kia ora bloggers for the past Week we have been practicing cross-country. Te Ngahere have been doing great efforts in cross-country training, Our times have been very very good we have been achieving our goals that we want to achieve my goal is to run fast and reading drain my time (what I mean by drain my time is to take off time). My first time was 10 minutes and 10 seconds,Second time was 7 minutes and 55 seconds and then my third one, was 8 minutes and also my four one was 7 minutes and 38 seconds.
