Fantastic Energize

Kia Ora koutou on Monday week five energizer Whaea Gina came in to our class to talk to us about healthy eating she talked to us about the different food groups. There were four food groups such as meat and meat products, dairy and dairy products ,fruit and vegetables and the last one was grain. Whaea Gina gave us a challenge the challenge was we had to have at least two things from each food group. We have created a DLO to show what we have learnt and tell you more information hope you enjoy Kai Kite.

  1. Kia Ora Harlem my name is Katarina and I go to Te Kura O Waima. I saw how you put a chicken drumstick on your second slide and said it is good (it depends on how you cook it actually). Did you know that most meat is bad for you and increases your risk of high cholesterol. Cholesterol is a fatty substance found in your blood and it has a risk of you getting heart disease; and that's a fact. Ok Blog you later Kataraina
