At Paihia School, All the classes now do fitness every day but we don’t do fitness on Monday we do fitness to get our, Heart beating for the day. Also we all have to do different activities every day and the activities are hurdles, jump jam,races, skipping and the last one was a Work Out also. My favorite activity was jump jam. The hardest activities was the races it was hard to keep up with everyone but no one gave up also we do rotations every day so we can to do something different. I also think that fitness is a good thing for your health and for your heart.
